Unconditional — without conditions or reservations — no limiting condition or qualification — absolute — the aura of positive —
This word unconditional is used a lot, in religion and marriage, and its application depends upon ones perception and acceptance of both religion and marriage.
In religions we are expected to accept God on an unconditional level as the Absolute. However that is certainly a one way street due to the mere fact that the Christian God has all kinds of conditions that you must fulfill to be accepted in Gods house, sadly that can not be reputed. When you open the Western book called the Bible it spills out and the Preachers that preach spew it forth.
The institution of marriage in the Western culture is set forth and practiced in the Christian Religion so it has to be full of pitfalls, hidden traps, misnomers, and it can certainly be limiting and full of conditions.
When it comes to self, yourself and your unconditional, absolute, acceptance of self, (which is self love), there are no expectations only acceptance. With acceptance all of the negatives in the above two paragraphs fade away. Your Spirit is the aura of positive that encompasses self love and it is surely absolute. With in the aura of absolute, man’s restrictions which keep you from the hand of God are gone. And without the restrictions of man made negatives you are fee to soar with the angels.
When Spirit couples with another Spirit, when they walk hand in hand meeting each day or lie side by side in the quiet still as their lust filled moans intertwine in the aura of unconditional love, the world and its restrictions exit not .
Freedom of choice is granted, gifted by the all knowing, The Lords of Lords. King of Kings, God of Gods, the Creator of All, so exercise your intellect of Spirit when you form your perception of absolute, that aura of positive, without conditions, reservations and qualifications.

The Essence of Chanting
Your Life’s Essence that fluxing vibrant light energy is similar to a kaleidoscope, constantly swirling changing color and shape. The simplest form of this healing vibrational Essence is experienced by chanting. By filling your lungs with air (not over filling just to where you are comfortable) then exhaling pushing the air form your lungs and stomach by contracting the stomach muscles and humming or singing with your vocal cords as the air is exhaled. How long does one chant at one setting ,there is really no time limit to it. It is what you need at the time; it may be a short 15 second burst or 15 minutes or longer.
The vibrational energy created by chanting will spread form your crown charka, to your root charka assisting all the charkas in maintaining a constant flow of energy. Chanting will also relieve stress by expanding you to a relaxed conscious state. Someone who is advanced in the art of meditation may use this method to drop into that deep meditative state.
