Regretfully, we know what causes this condition-one of the saddest causes is Man's Inhumanity to Man in all forms. Yes, the lost of a loved one, a close to dearth experience, Mother Nature gone hey wire, years of exposure to high rick jobs, Police, Military, Fireman, Health Care workers. It seems like a short list of causes, but Man's Inhumanity to Man covers a broad spectrum.
I understand the pit of despair one finds them in as a result of PTSD. I climbed total out of that pit some many years ago. If you suffer from PTSD or know someone who does, please take a look at the recommendations or tell your friend to take a look.
